Everything within a short walk
We're right in town. Coles, Woolworths and Kmart are a five-minute walk, and the pubs, clubs and cafés of Carp Street are barely further.
That makes us an easy base whether you're passing through on the Princes Highway, working in the valley for a week, or using Bega as a launching point for the Sapphire Coast beaches and national parks.

Bega Valley & the Sapphire Coast
Bega sits between the Great Dividing Range and some of the best beaches in New South Wales. It's dairy country — the Bega Cheese Heritage Centre is four minutes up the road and worth an hour of anyone's time.
Head east and you're at Tathra within twenty minutes, with its historic wharf and long surf beach. Mimosa Rocks National Park is eight minutes away for coastal walks and camping, and Bournda Nature Reserve sits between here and Merimbula.
In town itself, Littleton Gardens hosts the local markets, the South East Centre for Contemporary Art shows regional and touring exhibitions, and the Bega Pioneers' Museum covers the valley's settlement history.
