The pool is fully enclosed and heated, so it isn't at the mercy of a Bega Valley southerly. Big windows keep it bright, and there's poolside seating if you'd rather watch than swim.

We sit on a large, level block — lawns, established trees and flower beds that get looked after properly.
The barbecue is under cover with a stainless prep bench beside it, so you can cook regardless of the weather and eat at the outdoor setting. There's a picnic area and a playground for the kids, and plenty of open grass for them to burn off the day.
